Don't worry it's probably just a cold.

I had thought up a mechanization or a virus of such. It's called the Nurian Virus, designation IND-2231. It is classified as an interdimensional virus that edit DNA and even inert objects to create...alternate structures. Found in Cyrosteel it works as safeguard from humans from messing with it. Too bad our friends of the Soviet Union actually managed to refine the stuff. And poor Kastrium, a Native American here seems to somehow gotten a dose of it. Cyrosteel aircraft was used in the bombing of Jump City during the Pacific war. 

Some get the virus and will die without knowing it. Some immediately have molten salt pouring out of their pores. While some the DNA coding is just in the so called "green zone" in which the subject can attain some interesting results as pictured above. Currently Kastrium is the only one that's been identified in the "green zone" and Robin of the Titans isn't sure what to do, he was responding to a heist from a pharmacy after a late night party. Of course the one who committed such heist was Kastrium. He learned that certain drugs, namely highly powerful anti-depressants can reverse progress of infection. Though breaking the law when their is a team of teenage superheroes around your age might spell some trouble. Kastrium isn't wealthy by any means, and he isn't going to get any night shifts. Maybe Robin will just walk away, though he isn't hopeful. 

Robin knows he's going to have check this out, probably with the entire team to back him up, who are on vacation...in China. 


Nurian Virus:  IND-2231, Viatori patuit

Location of Origin: Novya Zemblay, Russia

Severity: Extreme in some cases. One report that a individual died caused by a small Nuclear Explosion, ground zero was estimated to about 3 feet from the individual.

Infection rate: Can be acquired by contact with sufficient Cyrosteel. Amount differs on a case by case basis. Alien species are extremely susceptible to the virus, espically of its more, colorful symptoms. 

Symptoms: Can include, sneezing, irritation of the eyes, cancer, super-cancer if the DNA is sufficiently altered, Nurian Ascendancy as for Kastrium, Shadow and Lunar Manipulation as for Kastrium, Dehydration, occasional metallic feces shaped as bricks, nuclear fusion or fission if the Virus makes a critical mistake and bumps an proton out of place, Cyrosteel cancer in which cysts of molten salt begin to form across the body as Cyrosteel is being manufactured inside the person, mellaticaztion of the human body. Can hypothetical resurrect dead bodies as Cyrosteel Drones that can fight with extreme aggression, insanity, blindness, organs becoming sentient moving on their own, stomach brains, paralysis, almost god-like abilities for Kastrium, auto-cannibalism, cannibalism in general, super-strength, extreme shitting, asphyxia caused by the lungs reforming into solid cyrosteel, Nurian Physique, and coughing. Death however is not certain as most will not receive these symptoms, especially those in the Caucus region, who display a phenomenal resistance to it. 

Risk Areas: Old Soviet Nuclear Forges are prime places where to get the virus, most of the place is either guarded by Russian or Chinese soldiers, or are under strict protection of the Wayne Corporation. Which do have a research facility in southern California. Chinese Fusion Forges are not high risk areas due to well maintained operations of such forges. Kastrium's acquirement of the virus is still unknown. 


I think I like the turnout of this piece. Nothing else to say about it.
