Premier Marikhin Khaalin

Leader of the The New People's Socialist Republic of Nuria. Marikhin leads the now former Kingdom of Maurikhan from the Empire of Nuria, having ousted the Archnurian-King Maurikhan from the land with the Nurian People's and Socialist Party, the Maurikhanian Revolution took place just days after the Emperor Xremisis was rejected coronation by the Archnurian Council and exiled. 

The Council thought the Empire would have new Imperial Ruler, but Marikhin and the socialist denizens of Maurikhan had already been aiming to break off from the Empire, but with the rejection of Xremisis, it only hastened Marikhin's will and Maurikhan succession. At first the Sacred Army and Imperial legions tried to stamp the Revolution out. But they were surprised at the magnificent technological advances brought upon by the party in incredible speeds. The Imperial Army was vanquished by the new industrial power in the North and with the F.D.C.N. and Ancian Prayia succession following months after the Rejection. All three breakaway states were recognized by the Senate, the overarching governing body of the First Realm. 

The N.P.S.R.N is the most advanced of the four successor states but it is the smallest. Not only fighting their main ememy of the Ancian Prayia and the Second Nurian Empire, the Nurian Socialist Republic often has to repel attacks from the Kingdom of Hell. However, military campaigns under Marikhin's and former top generals of the Empire have stroke a series of wins against most of their attackers. The N.P.S.R.N. also regulary commits sabotage agains the F.D.C.N. the Federal Democratic Confederacy of Nuria, slowing down their progress. However, even the massive factories and naval yards of the Maurikhan industrial region cannot produce the incredible sea titan of the Freedom Star, which keeps the People's Red Admiralty on dry land.
